Once you have placed your order with Sista & Co. you will receive an email in the form of a confirmation receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation receipt please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All items will be individually packaged in a microfibre pouch and then placed into a beautifully designed Sista & Co. cylinder.
Once your order has been received it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. All parcels are sent via Sendle with a tracking number.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

CARE AND WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS
Sista & Co. fans are individually manufactured by very experienced craftsmen. They are made in natural timbers and fabrics and are designed to be very light weight but are potentially fragile, so please handle them carefully and when not in use store in a dry place in the microfibre pouch or cylinder. Avoid perfumes, cosmetics or any fluids being spilt on them. Damage from carelessness is not the responsibility of Sista & Co.
Sista & Co. will only accept returns if there is a defect in the materials and workmanship. Each individual fan is thoroughly inspected prior to being dispatched and there is no returns/warranty against general wear and team or misuse.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, Sista&Co. are unable to issue exchanges, returns or refunds unless it is in the case of a manufacturing fault.
All items are quality checked before they are dispatched however very occasionally there may be a fault which was overlooked.
If you receive a faulty item, please email what email address . within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name, order number and the reason for your concern. We will then confirm the item(s) availability before processing the request.
Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
Sista&Co. must receive the item(s) in the original packaging via Express Post and in the exact condition it was sent out in. Please note, that the general wear and team in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
